Silent Training

Saturday, February 14, at 9 PM Eastern, in the Dog Den
Beth Moody has been training dogs, including deaf dogs, for many years. Many deaf dogs entering rescue would become happy family members after her work with them. She has trained her own deaf Boxer, Echo, to be her service dog; Echo knows over 40 signs. Come learn about "Silent Training," a training technique developed by a long time trainer of deaf dogs. And silent training is not for deaf dogs only!

Do you feel like you and your dog are a TEAM?

Do you know that with TEAMWORK you can accomplish anything?

Do you want to know how to achieve TEAMWORK with your dog?

You have come to the right place. Our training is centered around creating a happy relationship between between owner and dog.
You do not have to let your dog "do its own thing" to be happy. Dogs do not know what we want until we tell them. We, as their guardians, need to know how to properly tell them what we want. We also need to understand what they are saying to us.

We will teach you how to understand body language (a dog's normal communication technique) to understand how your dog is feeling, what he is thinking, and how best to approach a situation with him.

Armed with this knowledge you will have the skills necessary to work through problems, train your dog to do almost anything you desire, and the whole time, be working in tandem with him.

Classes now available in Grand Rapids, Lansing, Troy and Flint.
Call for enrollment information.

As always, there is a considerable discount as well as occasional free classes offered to dogs up for adoption with legitimate rescue groups.  Please call for details.
